Senior Associate, Materials Planning
About the role
This position is for an experienced Senior Associate responsible for supply and demand planning execution, supporting SIOP processes, and driving system and process improvements while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and KPIs. This is an onsite role at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Responsibilities
- Own supply & demand planning processes for assigned materials and suppliers
- Execute and support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)
- Convert planning signals into supplier actions (POs, expedites, de-expedites)
- Drive moderate process and system improvements
- Partner cross-functionally (Manufacturing, Sourcing, SIOP, and Inventory)
- Manage supplier performance against delivery, inventory and service KPIs
- Support inventory health, CTB, and production reliability initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of material planning / buying experience
- 2+ years of experience in SAP
Preferred Qualifications
- Communicate and interact with international vendors
- Analytical skills
- Ability to cohesively work with various departments and outside vendors
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Pay
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
