Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineer
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineer to support our growing team located in Camden, AR.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
- Work with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
- Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
- Manage product & process change through participation in change control boards.
- Support production validation builds on new/modified processes.
- Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Engineering experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related Engineering experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related Engineering experience.
Preferred Additional Skills
- RCCA, PFEMA, APQP experience.
- Explain and interpret processes and procedures to others within and outside the job area.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
