About the Role

The Senior Associate, Investment Marketplace (Digital Investment) plays a key role in the development of all campaigns from brief to RFP to post-campaign analysis. This position maintains quality control of media campaigns in market and continually evaluates and improves performance against client goals. The Senior Associate is also critical to building and maintaining industry publisher relationships.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to make an impact and execute ideas across the digital media ecosystem (Display, Mobile, Social Media, Digital Video, Content Sponsorships, etc.). This is a collaborative and connected team dedicated to great client service and fostering professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Daily maintenance of assigned accounts (billing issues, budget revisions in Prisma, flowchart updating, post-buy analyses, etc.).
  • Research, strategize, plan, and present plans with full execution.
  • Plan, buy, and negotiate media (inclusive of desktop, mobile, social, and other emerging digital platforms).
  • Steward campaign pacing and optimization activity.
  • Review media authorizations and reconciliation.
  • Guide Associate(s) on campaign execution processes.
  • Liaise with creative/ad ops (TAAG)/analytics teams to manage deliverables.
  • Develop thoughtful insights for post-campaign reports.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/trends, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as an Assistant/Associate or Media Planner/Buyer with a focus on digital.
  • Solid working knowledge of integrating media research into the planning process (MRI, Nielsen, comScore, Emarketer).
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Deep working knowledge of third-party ad servers/reporting functions (DoubleClick, Innovid).
  • Proficient in the use of Prisma (media management tool).
  • Proficient understanding of third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g., Integral Ad Science).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $63,200.00/Annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
