Senior Associate, International Tax

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our International Tax practice, working with high-profile clients to navigate complex global tax strategies. Responsibilities include Advising multinational enterprises on business decisions such as entity choice, location, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization, considering tax risk and cash flowPreparing and reviewing complex tax models related to multinational entities' effective tax rates and cash taxesAssisting with tax planning, including analyzing short- and long-term impacts aligned with business objectivesStructuring tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs, drafting opinions, memos, and modelsSupporting tax provision preparation, compliance, and collaborating with audit teams on financial reportingAdvising on income tax treaty opportunities arising from cross-border activitiesProviding services to alternative investment clients throughout the investment cycle Qualifications include at least three years of experience in international, M&A, or federal tax planning, a bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferred), strong research, modeling, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements. A demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and mentor team members is essential.
