About the role

The HR associate will support the SMS Segment as part of our Human Resources Center of Excellence Organization (COE) which includes Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Workforce Analytics and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the compensation analysis process by gathering and analyzing data.
  • Help in the preparation and distribution of total rewards communication materials.
  • Participate in market research to benchmark compensation and benefits practices.
  • Aid in the identification and implementation of creative solutions to enhance the employee experience and ensure high-impact employee engagement programs and activities.
  • Support the selection processes and development strategies for emerging leaders and high-potential talent.
  • Aid in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  • Support the planning and execution of training and development programs.
  • Aid in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Gather feedback from training participants and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Use available analytics dashboards and other resources to analyze data, identify patterns and trends in the data sets and provide recommended solutions to drive improvements across a variety of workforce trends.
  • Analyze data and trends to initiate action, provide proactive recommendations, and propose solutions to enable sound talent decisions and initiatives.
  • Structure data analysis to provide conclusive insights that directly enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage with the IMS HR COE Leadership team as needed on a variety of special projects to address unique business needs as they arise.

Qualifications

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
