Senior Associate Graphic Designer

Main Purpose

The Sr Associate Graphic Designer role within the Owned Brand division of REVOLVE is responsible for assisting the Textile & Art Director in transforming concepts into graphic designs and prints for various women’s and men’s brands. Responsibilities include creating original digital art files, branding assets, and packaging designs, managing multiple projects, and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.

Major Responsibilities

• Create original digital art files for various graphics, prints, photos, patterns, texts, and logos across categories in women’s and men’s brands
• Design and create branding assets and packaging designs
• Clean up artworks, re-color, rework, and perform color separations for production-ready files
• Prepare CAD work, art files, print packages, and tech packs for vendors
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Utilize hand drawing or illustration when necessary to create designs
• Stay up to date on latest trends and programs such as AI, to better create in innovative ways
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management

Required Competencies

• Possess advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of typography and illustrations
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must have technical knowledge for apparel/product development and printing
• Must have an exceptional eye for colorways and color matching
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to follow-up when needed
• Must be able to perform efficiently with tight deadlines and goal-driven
• Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a similar role
• Must have a degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
• Must have knowledge of print production and printing techniques
• Must have knowledge in typography and layouts
• Advanced in Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop
• Understand how to use AI programs such as MidJourney

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of print production and printing techniques
• Strong illustration skills
• Able to work well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
