Senior Associate, Government Compliance

Responsibilities
- Maintain records and accountability for government and customer property received, transferred, issued, consumed, stored, or disposed
- Ensure property is properly identified, tagged, and recorded in accordance with company procedures and government regulations
- Coverage property transfers, shipments, and movements with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Support physical inventory activities, reconciliation efforts, and resolution of inventory discrepancies
- Prepare property status reports, metrics, and other documentation as required
- Aid in loss reporting, liability determinations, and corrective actions related to property issues
- Participate in internal and external audits and support responses to government property reviews
- Support contract closeout activities by verifying property records, disposition actions, and documentation are completed
- Review applicable contract requirements, including FAR/DFARS clauses and property-related CDRLs, to ensure compliance
- Complete required submissions in customer and government systems, such as PIEE, CAVS, CALMSS, and FOCUS, as applicable
- Cook with program teams, inventory, shipping, and other functional areas to ensure compliance with property requirements
- Contribute to maintaining an adequate Government Property Management System
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a master’s degree in related field or have completed their master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Pay
PAY TRANSPARENCY: In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $81,500 - $97,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
