Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and accountability for government and customer property received, transferred, issued, consumed, stored, or disposed
  • Ensure property is properly identified, tagged, and recorded in accordance with company procedures and government regulations
  • Coverage property transfers, shipments, and movements with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Support physical inventory activities, reconciliation efforts, and resolution of inventory discrepancies
  • Prepare property status reports, metrics, and other documentation as required
  • Aid in loss reporting, liability determinations, and corrective actions related to property issues
  • Participate in internal and external audits and support responses to government property reviews
  • Support contract closeout activities by verifying property records, disposition actions, and documentation are completed
  • Review applicable contract requirements, including FAR/DFARS clauses and property-related CDRLs, to ensure compliance
  • Complete required submissions in customer and government systems, such as PIEE, CAVS, CALMSS, and FOCUS, as applicable
  • Cook with program teams, inventory, shipping, and other functional areas to ensure compliance with property requirements
  • Contribute to maintaining an adequate Government Property Management System
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a master’s degree in related field or have completed their master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Pay

PAY TRANSPARENCY: In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $81,500 - $97,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

Schedule

Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off
