Senior Associate - Global Transaction Analytics
Responsibilities
Aid in various client engagements.
Facilitate day-to-day client interactions and relationships.
Collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Recruit, train, and develop junior staff members.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services.
- Buy-side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred.
- Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
- Understanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics, and visualization approaches.
- Strong technical background with hands-on data analytics experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau preferred), big data and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to leverage business intelligence software.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in both a team setting and independently.
Benefits
The base salary is $130,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
