About the role
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global GTM strategies to drive advertiser adoption and activation of key GA capabilities.
- Develop and scale sales enablement resources, best practices, and training programs for Sales, Support (gTech), and partners to ensure successful deployment.
- Foster platform-wide programs to maximize GA activation success, including third-party partner incentives, a comprehensive claims strategy, and internal success metrics/tracking.
- Collaborate intra-team and with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic projects forward, including Sales, Product GTM, Product, gTech and Marketing.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, translating customer needs and market feedback into product requirements and, conversely, articulating product capabilities and strategy to customers and sales teams.
- Track and report on sales impact metrics and product roadmap progress to executive leadership across sales and product teams, driving cross-product area accountability to GA activation progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with measurement products (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to completion in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a track record of creative problem solving.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting complex topics to senior leaders.
Pay
$124,000 - $179,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
