About the role

As a leading provider of engineering and project management services, Worley is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, including wind and solar.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring all deliverables meet project scope and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction departments, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and manage change requests effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5 years in renewable energy projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Project Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Experience with renewable energy technologies, particularly wind and solar.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management and renewable energy.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required.
