Senior Associate, Forensic & Valuation Services

What You’ll Be Working On

• Analyzing financial statements and building sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance and value
• Conducting detailed financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and drivers that impact cash flow and deal valuation
• Supporting due diligence engagements, identifying opportunities and risks for clients in transactions and distressed situations
• Aiding clients in navigating complex situations including debt restructurings, out-of-court workouts, and bankruptcy planning
• Performing investigative and forensic accounting analyses related to fraud, waste, and misuse of funds
• Managing and contributing to multiple forensic and financial advisory projects simultaneously
• Developing client-ready deliverables, including pitch books, financial presentations, and analyses of distressed companies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or an MBA from an accredited college/university
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, advisory, forensic accounting, or valuation
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or active CPA candidacy strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Solid understanding of GAAP and technical accounting principles
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Experience extracting insights from incomplete or unstructured datasets
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of software packages including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving ability
