Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence on middle market M&A transactions
• Assist clients in understanding financial risks and opportunities
• Prepare and present financial analysis and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive deal execution
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for middle market M&A and financial advisory services

Qualifications

• CPA certification strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
