About The Team

The New Verticals Finance & Strategy team supports DoorDash's expansion into categories beyond restaurants, which is a critical growth driver for the overall company. We enable our businesses to grow faster while becoming more profitable. We do this by creating quarterly and annual plans, holding our stakeholders accountable to goals, and providing strategic insights on our business to understand past trends and identify the best path forward.

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high growth business inside DoorDash. Within New Verticals, you will focus on our DashMart business, one of our biggest bets as a company as we expand beyond restaurants. We are looking for a Senior Associate who can model the future, and collaborate to help carry projects from conception through execution. You will partner with teams across the business to support financial decisions and ensure we are making efficient, data-driven decisions. Given the small size of the team relative to the complexity of the business, you will have significant ability to shape growth and profitability, and have meaningful visibility to senior leaders at the company.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
