We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Program Overview, Position Overview, Core Responsibilities (which includes many bullet points), Research and Analysis, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Thought Leadership and Communications, Strategy Development, Business Development and Organizational Contribution, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Visa Sponsorship (maybe not needed as it's boilerplate? It's a note about visa sponsorship; it's not boilerplate? It's a specific statement, but it's about visa sponsorship; we might keep it as a short paragraph under maybe a section? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Visa sponsorship note is not exactly boilerplate but it's a condition; we could keep it as a paragraph maybe under a "Visa Sponsorship" heading? But heading not in allowed list; we could fold into a short

. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Visa sponsorship is not minor metadata but could be considered a note; we could include as a

without heading. Location: we have location info; we could include a short paragraph. Compensation: we have salary range and bonus; we should include a Pay section with that info. Benefits: we have benefits list; include Benefits section. Diversity: that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only include sections when there is real specific content. We have: About the role? Could use Program Overview and Position Overview combined as "About the role". Could put a

summarizing? But we must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. We cannot summarize away detail; we need to keep the content. So we could create sections: Program Overview, Position Overview, Core Responsibilities, Research and Analysis, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Thought Leadership and Communications, Strategy Development, Business Development and Organizational Contribution, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Location, Visa Sponsorship (maybe as note). However the instruction says use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It seems they expect us to map content to those headings, not create arbitrary headings. So we should consolidate content under those standard headings. Thus: - About the role: combine Program Overview and Position Overview (maybe also mention note about two open positions, location requirement). Keep all details. - Responsibilities: combine Core Responsibilities, Research and Analysis, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Thought Leadership and Communications, Strategy Development, Business Development and Organizational Contribution. All those are responsibilities. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (maybe also Skills? but we have Skills heading; we could put skills under Skills? But we have both Qualifications and Skills. Could put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills (like specific skills: data analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, etc.) But we already have those in responsibilities. Might be redundant. However we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could just have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (min quals), Qualifications (preferred quals), Pay, Benefits. Possibly also Location as a short paragraph under About the role? Or we could add a Location section? Not in list; but we could fold into About the role as a paragraph. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation and benefits, so we include Pay and Benefits. Schedule: not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must remove boilerplate: Diversity EEO, Visa Sponsorship? Visa sponsorship is a specific condition; maybe we keep as a short paragraph under About the role or Requirements? It's not boilerplate but it's a condition; we could keep as a

under About the role. We must not include application instructions. Now produce HTML fragment: use

for each section heading, then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information; we must not lose details. Let's extract content. About the role: Should include: - Program Overview: RMI's Carbon-Free Buildings Program works to transform residential and commercial buildings to be aligned with a zero carbon future. Our team develops and advances policies, market strategies, and technical solutions that reduce emissions while improving affordability, resilience, health, and economic outcomes. The Energy Efficiency and Demand Management (EEDM) and Big Portfolios initiatives are aimed at catalyzing the zero-carbon building revolution for existing buildings, developing scalable approaches to retrofitting existing buildings to be efficient, electric, and grid-interactive. The team leverages building science expertise, technical analysis, R&D, demonstrations, business model innovation, stakeholder engagement and collaboration, policy development, real estate finance, and communications in our change model. - Position Overview: RMI is seeking a Senior Associate to advance building decarbonization across the United States with a primary focus in California and the Northeast. The Senior Associate will contribute to the development and implementation of solutions that accelerate the transition to clean, efficient, and all-electric buildings. This role combines data analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, and strategic problem-solving. The Senior Associate will lead discrete workstreams within larger initiatives, manage relationships with external partners, conduct research and analysis, and develop written products that inform the industry. Successful candidates will be comfortable navigating complex projects, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to drive meaningful market and policy change. - Additional details: There are two open positions for this role. One person to be based in California, one to be based in the Northeastern U.S. We are a remote-ready company with team members around the globe. Our beautiful and welcoming offices are available for meetings or focused work, whether you are traveling through or living nearby. Our U.S. offices are in New York City; Washington DC; Oakland, California; Boulder, Colorado, and Basalt, Colorado. We provide you with the essential IT equipment plus a one-time home technology payment and a monthly work from home/commuter allowance to ensure you have a comfortable home office set up and necessary supplies. We love seeing each other in person! We occasionally gather for shared time together like retreats and learning experiences. Be ready to travel for occasional in-person meetings (and of course, we cover travel costs). Some roles may require more travel, which will be discussed during the hiring process. - Visa Sponsorship note: At this time, RMI is not able to sponsor employment visas or hire candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the United States. All candidates must have current, independent authorization to work in the U.S. without present or future sponsorship from RMI. We will update our hiring pages if this status changes.
