We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are", "Location of Position", "What We Offer", "Our Commitment to Diversity", "Position Summary", "Core Responsibilities", "Education Requirements", "Technical Skills and Experience", "Psychosocial Skills /Human Skills/Behavioral Skills", "Physical Demands", "Work Conditions". We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can adapt headings to match content. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? It says e.g., meaning examples. We can use appropriate headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for many: About the role (Who We Are? maybe "About the role" corresponds to Position Summary? Actually "About the role" could be Position Summary. Responsibilities = Core Responsibilities. Requirements = Education Requirements? Or maybe Requirements includes Education Requirements and Technical Skills? Qualifications could be Technical Skills and Experience? Skills could be Psychosocial Skills. Benefits = What We Offer (including benefits, pay). Pay = salary range. Schedule maybe not present (remote). We have location preference but not schedule. So we may not include Schedule if no specific content. Pay we have salary range. Benefits we have list: 100% paid for single and family benefits plus 401k matching program, professional development opportunities, fantastic team environment, etc. Also "Opportunity to join a top-notch, collaborative team of professionals", "Fantastic team environment and collaborative culture", "Professional development opportunities to grow into an industry leader". Those are benefits. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Also remove "Physical Demands", "Work Conditions"? Those are not in the list of allowed headings but we could still include them if they have content? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely we should stick to those. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we could incorporate Physical Demands and Work Conditions into maybe "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? But they are not exactly requirements. Might be okay to include them as separate sections with

but not in the list? The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the expected headings; we should use those. But we also need to preserve all substantive info; we can place Physical Demands and Work Conditions under maybe "Requirements" or "Qualifications"? However they are not really requirements; they are job conditions. Could be part of "About the role"? Might be okay to include them as a paragraph under "About the role". But we need to not lose info. Better approach: Use headings: About the role (Position Summary + Who We Are?), Responsibilities (Core Responsibilities), Requirements (Education Requirements), Qualifications (Technical Skills and Experience + Psychosocial Skills), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (salary range). Possibly also include Location as part of About the role? Could add a paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove Equal Employment Opportunity Statement, Physical Demands? Not boilerplate but maybe we keep as part of About the role? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Physical Demands is not that; it's job condition. Might keep. But we need to decide: Should we include Physical Demands and Work Conditions as separate sections? The instruction didn't list them as examples but didn't forbid. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could merge them into About the role or Requirements. Let's extract substantive info: Who We Are: CleanCapital is a diversified clean energy company focused on the middle-market solar and storage industry. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: (remove) We need to output only HTML fragment. We'll create sections:

About the role

- combine Who We Are, Location, Position Summary? Maybe separate: About the role (Who We Are + Position Summary). Location maybe as a paragraph.

Responsibilities

- Core Responsibilities as
  • .

    Requirements

    - Education Requirements as
    • .

      Qualifications

      - Technical Skills and Experience + Psychosocial Skills as combined list? Could split into two subsections but we want few sections. Could make Qualifications include both technical and psychosocial as list items.

      Benefits

      - What We Offer (excluding pay) as list.

      Pay

      - salary range + bonus as

. We might also include a note about remote location preference under About the role. We must not include empty sections. Let's craft. We need to preserve all substantive info: ensure we don't lose any detail. Let's list all details to include: Who We Are paragraph. Location: remote position, preference Chicago metro or broader Illinois. Position Summary paragraph. Core Responsibilities bullet list. Education Requirements bullet list. Technical Skills and Experience bullet list. Psychosocial Skills bullet list. Benefits: Opportunity to join..., Fantastic team..., Professional development..., 100% paid for single and family benefits plus 401k matching program. Pay: $119,850 - $162,150 plus annual performance-based bonus. Diversity statement: we could include as part of About the role? It's substantive but maybe we can include as a separate section? Not in list but we could incorporate into About the role as a paragraph. It's about company values; could be part of Who We Are. Physical Demands and Work Conditions: we could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate section "Working Conditions". But not in list; maybe we can add a section "Working Conditions" as

but risk deviating. However instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those. We can embed Physical Demands and Work Conditions into About the role as a paragraph. Let's do that. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
