About The Team
Our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team is re-inventing the way consumers think about grocery, convenience, alcohol and retail delivery through both our first-party and third-party operations businesses. DashMart is our first-party offering which serves as a fulfillment platform for DoorDash customers when they need essential items in a hurry – including groceries, household essentials, local favorites and so much more. We have sites all over the country and are expanding the selection we carry and services we offer our customers today!
About The Role
We are hiring a Senior Associate within our DashMart Growth Strategy & Operations team to contribute to several different growth initiatives across the platform. You’ll identify opportunities to increase volume and customer engagement via platform level initiatives, category growth levers, pricing, promotions, quality, and merchandising initiatives with the goal of increasing consumer volume within the DashMart offerings. You’ll work closely with Category Management, Product, Marketing, Finance, CRM, and Strategy & Operations partner by leading cross-functional initiatives, conduct deep-dive analyses, and help shape DashMart’s growth strategy while delivering measurable business results. You will report into a Manager on our Strategy & Operations team and be an individual contributor. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product. The best operators today are rapidly prototyping ideas, building mocks for user research, putting together product visions, and synthesizing complex analyses — all with the leverage of AI tools. We expect this person to stay at the forefront of how AI is reshaping the work, actively exploring new tools, automating repetitive workflows, and finding ways to do in hours what used to take weeks.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
