The primary focus of all our Consultants is to deliver high caliber commercial & technical solutions for our clients across our 5 core solutions: Due Diligence, Core Reporting, Data & AI Advisory, Value Creation, and Prep for Exit. As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will run client projects or significant workstreams on a day-to-day basis, taking greater ownership of delivery, quality, and outcomes. - Manage day to day delivery of client engagements and provide oversight to the global delivery teams whilst taking responsibility for the outputs and recommendations across projects.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and recognize opportunities to extend projects or expand client accounts.
- Work closely with a cross-functional, international team to solve complex problems pragmatically and deliver a sustainable outcome.
- Deliver high quality slide decks to effectively communicate to and influence multiple senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Drive internal projects and work alongside teams that look to improve the way we operate as a business.
- Take responsibility for your own personal development by completing internal and external training initiatives as required.
- Act as an ambassador of JMAN values and provide mentorship to more junior members in the team.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- 1+ years relevant experience, ideally in consulting/professional services, but we’d also be interested if you’ve built strong consulting-style skills in places like investment banking, private equity, or a fast-paced start-up.
- Used to working on smaller projects and tighter teams where you roll your sleeves up.
- Strong academic background and quantitative ability.
- Confidence with numbers and numerate (e.g. financial modelling, data analysis).
