The Senior Associate, Commercial Solutions & Optimization is responsible for driving operational excellence across Commercial Operations by improving processes, governance, and technology adoption. This role involves partnering with business, sales, and technology teams to optimize CRM capabilities and enhance data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement scalable solutions that support business growth.
  • Contribute to better decision-making by developing insights, reporting solutions, and governance frameworks.
  • Support the continuous improvement and governance of commercial operations processes, ensuring teams have the tools, data, and workflows needed to operate effectively.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and support system enhancements.
  • Identify and resolve data quality challenges through governance controls and process improvements.
  • Develop operational reporting, dashboards, and insights to measure performance and identify trends.
  • Maintain knowledge management resources, documentation, and collaboration platforms.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and business partners.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, CRM Operations, or a similar function.
  • Experience supporting business processes within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of process analysis, workflow documentation, continuous improvement methodologies, or operational optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage ambiguity.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce certifications, CRM governance, data quality initiatives, master data management, SharePoint, or third-party application integrations.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, or other complex commercial environments is a plus.
