Overview
The QFC team manages governance processes and reporting capabilities that enable regulators to employ an orderly resolution strategy of large financial institutions in the event of potential failure or receivership. The role involves integrating AI tools for automation and analyzing business line contractual obligations and risks in business-critical workflows while providing the associate with deep exposure to the intricacies of capital markets transactions and regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform reporting, monitoring, and governance activities that enable effective QFC regulatory and managerial compliance
- Integrate generative AI tools within workflows to reduce operational risks, increase efficiencies, and provide deeper insights with an opportunity to build real-time solutions for long term needs
- Operate within a well-controlled environment by diligently maintaining program documentation and abiding by procedures and controls
- Support and engage directly with partner teams across the company to facilitate ongoing operations, process enhancement and change management efforts
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Financial Services
- At least 1 year of experience with generative AI tools (Gemini or Claude)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with regulatory reporting, risk management, compliance, audit, finance, or a combination
- Basic fluency with Python, SQL, or Tableau, or a combination
