About the role

Our mission is to be a catalyst and enabler for the business to achieve its growth targets through the delivery of quality, well-managed campaigns. The Senior Associate, Campaign Management will support the delivery of BC&P marketing and servicing campaigns that align with the strategy and product needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of project management for assigned campaigns, including:
    • Schedule building
    • Intent Owner communication
    • Leading status meetings/office hours
    • Providing progress updates
    • Fulfillment tasks
  • Collaborate with intent owners to refine intent prior to kick-off
  • Deliver well-managed campaign execution and support audits and exams as needed
  • Enable associates to deliver their best work across creative, digital, and segmentation builds
  • Gather data and metrics to inform team reporting

Qualifications

  • Desire to collaborate across component teams and organization structures to influence core needs
  • A curious, learning mindset to understand the needs of our internal and external customers and recommend improvements to better their experience
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to follow instructions carefully and accurately
  • Displays a professional attitude and teamwork mentality
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters / MBA degree
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 1 year of People Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Work experience achieving results with complex projects

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

  • McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager
  • New York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 for Sr. Project Manager
  • Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
