Senior Associate, Business Tax Services

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services team. In this role, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including corporations and partnerships, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.

Responsibilities

• Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740)
• Manage tax provision calculations
• Work as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver expert industry knowledge and innovative solutions
• Manage teams of tax professionals
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality tax advice
• Develop strong client relationships

Qualifications

• At least two years of recent corporate tax experience
• Bachelor’s degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST in taxation from an accredited institution
• Solid knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740
• Excellent advisory, compliance, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and coordinate with client service teams
