About the role
Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Senior Associate Broker – Property to join our growing team in Boynton Beach, FL. The position is not driven for business.
Responsibilities
- Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with clients at all levels within the company and leads appropriate resources to address the client’s needs, including risks and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
- Analyzes market information to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales team members and customers.
- Works with Broker, ensuring that all required information is obtained, proper applications are completed, quotes and binders are confirmed in writing, policies are issued promptly and accurately, state filings (where applicable) are made, and taxes paid in accordance with appropriate state laws.
- Successfully markets and provides solutions for renewal business revenue from existing clients.
- Discusses business needs and proposes company products and services for existing clients.
- Serves in the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, administration, and sales.
- Maintains compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- An active state insurance license.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of successful insurance experience.
Qualifications
- Self-starter and committed to doing what is best for our customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
Skills
- Insurance sales experience.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability as needed.
