Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Services
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to extract substantive info: - About Fordham: description of university, benefits package, Jesuit education commitment. That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe about position. But we have "About Fordham" describing university. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the University". The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings if content exists. We have Position Summary: reporting to Director, responsible for development and execution of programs and services related to student-athlete well-being and leadership development; supervise selected sports; administrative guidance; travel, evening/weekend hours. Essential Functions: list of duties (supervise admin/competitive aspects of multiple varsity sports programs; oversee T.E.A.M. Fordham life skills program; assist in management of funds; serve as liaison to Dean of Students Office, Student Affairs, Title IX Office; assist in providing strategic direction for departmental initiatives focused on student-athlete welfare, gender equity, diversity and inclusion; collaborate in development of policies and procedures; assist Director in strategic planning; serve as member of Director's Cabinet; comply with NCAA, Conference, University rules). Also note: "Essential Functions Note This list is not intended to be an exhaustive list." That's filler; we should not include that note as content? It's minor metadata; we can drop or fold into short p. Management Responsibilities: provides strategic leadership, oversees managers, hiring, developing leaders, managing performance, corrective action, compensation decisions. Additional Functions: not detailed. Required Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Administration, or related field; Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in collegiate sports administration, or equivalent combination. Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills: High-level organizational skills; Demonstrated commitment and motivation to building a successful program; Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; Understanding and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree. Pay: Minimum Starting Salary $110,000 Maximum Starting Salary $120,000. Also Qualifications Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills. That's filler; we should not include "commensurate with experience" as placeholder? Actually they say never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Here we have actual salary range, so we can include Pay section with that info. The note about commensurate is filler; we should not include that as content. So Pay section: maybe
Salary range: $110,000 – $120,000.
Schedule: Not explicitly given; we have Scheduled Hours Per Week 35, Work Arrangement Onsite Hybrid, and mention some travel, evening and weekend hours. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with those details. Benefits: The posting mentions University offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts; retirement plans; life insurance; short and long-term disability; employee assistance program (EAP); tuition remission; and generous time off. That's benefits. So Benefits section. Also we have "Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education." That's maybe part of Requirements or Qualifications. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So noSenior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Services
. Good. We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we have Position Number A04900, Posting Number A1122P etc. We can fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph at top with Position Number and Posting Number? But instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a
with that info, but it's minor metadata. Might be okay to drop it entirely. Safer to drop it. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all substantive info from the posting: about Fordham, position summary, essential functions, management responsibilities, required qualifications (education/experience, knowledge/skills), preferred qualifications, salary range, benefits, schedule (hours, work arrangement, travel, evening/weekend). Also note about Jesuit education commitment. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, hybrid policy link, etc. Remove those. We must not create sections with filler/placeholder text. So we need to ensure each section has real content. Let's plan sections: - About the University (maybe use "About the role"? But we have info about Fordham; could be "About the role" but that's about position. However we have "About Fordham" describing university; maybe better to use "About the role" for position summary? Actually "About the role" could contain position summary. But we also have separate "Position Summary". The instruction list includes "About the role" as an example heading. So we can use that for position summary. Then we can have "Responsibilities" for essential functions and management responsibilities. "Requirements" for education/experience. "Qualifications" maybe for knowledge/skills and preferred qualifications? But they also list "Qualifications" as example heading. Could combine knowledge/skills and preferred qualifications under "Qualifications". "Skills" maybe separate but we can include under Qualifications. "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We'll avoid empty sections. Let's map:
About the role
: Position Summary (reporting to Director, responsible for development/execution of programs/services related to student-athlete well-being and leadership development; supervise selected sports; administrative guidance; travel, evening/weekend hours). Also maybe include mention of Jesuit education commitment? That's more about candidate requirement; could go under Requirements.Responsibilities
: Essential Functions list (supervise admin/competitive aspects of multiple varsity sports programs; oversee T.E.A.M. Also Management Responsibilities (strategic leadership, oversee managers, hiring, developing leaders, managing performance, corrective action, compensation decisions). Could combine.Requirements
: Education and Experience (Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Administration, or related field; Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in collegiate sports administration, or equivalent combination). Also knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.Qualifications
: Knowledge and Skills (High-level organizational skills; Demonstrated commitment and motivation to building a successful program; Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; Understanding and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations). Preferred Qualifications (Master's Degree).Benefits
: Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision insurance; flexible spending accounts; retirement plans; life insurance; short and long-term disability; employee assistance program (EAP); tuition remission; generous time off).Pay
: Salary range: $110,000 – $120,000.Schedule
: Scheduled hours per week: 35; Work arrangement: Onsite Hybrid; includes some travel, evening and weekend hours. We must not include filler like "Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills." So we omit that. We must not include the note about Essential Functions Note etc. We must not include EEO statement, hybrid policy link, etc. We must not include Posting Detail Information like Posting Number, Number of Vacancies, Start Date, Posting Date, etc. Those are minor metadata; we can drop them. We must not include "Is this a Union position? No" maybe minor; could drop. We must not include "Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education." We placed that under Requirements. Now produce HTML fragment: only the HTML, no /, no markdown. We'll output something like:About the role
