The Senior Associate will support strategic initiatives by coordinating project delivery and enhancing stakeholder communication. The Senior Associate will manage key meetings, align efforts with production goals, and track performance milestones to improve client and internal engagements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Work directly with production leadership to scope efforts, while aligning strategic initiatives with broader production goals
• Develop business plans to document initiative strategies and identify supporting efforts
• Spearhead meetings in support of key initiatives, including agenda development, driving meeting discussion, and general project management responsibilities including necessary follow-up
• Manage project delivery, ensuring efforts are delivered on time and within scope
• Attend and support key client meetings, conferences, and related industry and internal meetings and events as needed
• Provide meeting support, presentation development, report template management, and generation of client service reports for management/client use
• Support development of client account plans where applicable, working directly with production leadership and the network to shape and refine account plans with a focus on collaboration and cross platform communication
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary conduit across strategic initiatives cited above
• Partner with key stakeholders across the Berkadia org (e.g., corporate marketing and research, events team, innovation/product management, production leadership, advisors and producers, and production operations team) to ensure alignment and continuity of delivery across all work products
• Solicit and gather feedback across stakeholder groups and external clients to inform opportunities for improvement and emerging future focus areas
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Identify, track, and complete progress against key milestones as determined by Production Leadership, including content associated with QBRs
• Track existing and identify emerging opportunities/deals to encourage collaboration across Berkadia teams with clients via OmniView system and PBI reports and engaging directly with producers
• Identify opportunities for improvement across systems and processes as related to key initiatives
• Provide client technology solution related initiatives, working directly with product management, innovation, and related stakeholders as needed
• Gather and communicate client and network feedback to production leadership
• Other duties as assigned.
