Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:

• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Developing staff
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Merchandising and inventory control

All tasks are conducted in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Requires prior retail and/or management experience

The physical demands of the job include:

• In excess of 8 hours of standing
• In excess of 8 hours of walking
• Climbing ladders
• Lifting up to 50 pounds

Schedule

This position works up to 38 hours per week.

Pay

The hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
