Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services
• Supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage
• All aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 - $19.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Schedule

This position will work up to 38 hours per week.
