Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the following tasks:

• Supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage
• All aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• In adherence with all Company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Prior retail and/or management experience required

Physical Demands

• In excess of 8 hours of standing
• In excess of 8 hours of walking
• Climbing ladders
• Lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay and Schedule

• Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour
• Up to 38 hours per week
