About the Role

As the Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the value and performance of a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio. You will work closely with property management teams, leasing agents, and senior leadership to develop and execute asset-level strategies that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value. This position offers the opportunity to shape the direction of high-profile assets and make data-driven decisions that impact the bottom line.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset management plans to optimize property performance, including revenue growth, expense management, and capital improvement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze property financials, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for value enhancement.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure optimal tenant mix, lease negotiations, and occupancy levels.
  • Oversee property management teams to ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and adherence to budgets.
  • Prepare and present asset performance reports, investment analyses, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investors.
  • Manage capital expenditure projects, including budgeting, vendor selection, and project oversight.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and market tours to assess asset condition and competitive positioning.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with loan covenants, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Evaluate potential acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing opportunities to enhance portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate asset management, with a focus on commercial or multifamily properties.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of driving property performance and value creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., Argus, Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for property inspections and market tours.
