Senior Assembler - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Assembler to support our Manufacturing Department. This on-site role requires self-motivation, multi-tasking, and efficiency, with work conducted in a normal environment. Authorization to work in the U.S. is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Read diagrams and blueprints to determine assembly instructions
• Assemble electrical and electronic systems
• Install components
• Perform quality soldering (thru-hole and surface mount)
• Conduct routine testing of circuits and units
• Maintain inventory and clean parts
• Tag components
• Document assembly processes
• Train team members
• Assist in process development
• Support production planning
• Work overtime as required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical assembly
• Experience with soldering (thru-hole and surface mount), board building, and product testing
• Knowledge of ISO processes and documentation is preferred
