About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC AI Engineer to develop high-performance Agentic AI systems for boosting GPU ASIC design efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI-powered methodologies and Agents to generate micro-architecture, RTL, and physical design from specifications.
  • Utilize AI agents to process large datasets and existing codebases to generate skills applicable across various projects.
  • Evaluate and apply latest multi-agent collaboration frameworks to design memory system units in GPUs.
  • Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and physical design engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and integrate AI workflows into existing design flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Direct experience with AI-driven development, including coding agents and Agentic workflows.
  • Ability to map problems to AI workflows and proficiency in AI orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Knowledgeable in memory and context management, and evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy.
  • Experience with System Verilog, RTL, and hardware description languages.
  • A strong understanding of ASIC flow, including RTL, verification, logic synthesis, timing analysis.
  • Familiarity with computer architecture concepts, including caches, arbitration, scheduling policies, and interconnects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $136,000 to $218,500 for Level 3, and $168,000 to $264,500 for Level 4.

  • Base salary range: $136,000 - $218,500 for Level 3, and $168,000 - $264,500 for Level 4.
