About the role
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC AI Engineer to develop high-performance Agentic AI systems for boosting GPU ASIC design efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered methodologies and Agents to generate micro-architecture, RTL, and physical design from specifications.
- Utilize AI agents to process large datasets and existing codebases to generate skills applicable across various projects.
- Evaluate and apply latest multi-agent collaboration frameworks to design memory system units in GPUs.
- Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and physical design engineers to achieve project goals.
- Identify and integrate AI workflows into existing design flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Direct experience with AI-driven development, including coding agents and Agentic workflows.
- Ability to map problems to AI workflows and proficiency in AI orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledgeable in memory and context management, and evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy.
- Experience with System Verilog, RTL, and hardware description languages.
- A strong understanding of ASIC flow, including RTL, verification, logic synthesis, timing analysis.
- Familiarity with computer architecture concepts, including caches, arbitration, scheduling policies, and interconnects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.

Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $136,000 to $218,500 for Level 3, and $168,000 to $264,500 for Level 4.
