About the role
The D3L team focuses on leveraging data to drive informed policies and practices within the department. This includes developing and maintaining data models, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to inform justice-related decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data models and analytical tools
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support policy and program development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and usability
- Present findings and insights through reports and presentations
Requirements
- Experience with data analysis and statistical methods
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or related field
- Experience with large-scale data management systems
