Senior Art Director – Remote

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creative direction by leading design projects from concept to execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with brand strategy and project objectives.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language that resonates with target audiences.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pushing the envelope to maintain cutting-edge design approaches.
• Present ideas and concepts persuasively to clients, capturing their vision and input.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strategic thinking and the capacity to translate brand objectives into compelling visuals.
• Degree in design preferred but will also consider relevant work experience.
