Senior Architectural Project Manager

About the role

We're seeking a senior architectural project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while supervising interns and consultant engineers. The role involves leading all phases of the architectural design process—from schematic design through construction coordination—with a focus on client management and preparation of construction drawings. This position offers the potential to evolve into a business partnership, providing an opportunity to become a part-owner of a successful and profitable architecture firm.

This is primarily a full-time in-office position, though a hybrid arrangement may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple architectural projects from schematic design through construction coordination
• Supervise interns and consultant engineers
• Coordinate with and manage clients
• Prepare construction drawings
• Maintain a high level of quality, detail, and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school
• Minimum of 10 years of architecture office experience
• Proficiency and high skill level in AutoCAD
• Extensive experience with building codes and zoning ordinances
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
