About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Senior Project Coordinator to join a growing architectural firm in Dallas, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse project types and collaborate with a leading team of architects.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detail review, QA/QC checks, and consultant coordination.
  • Participate in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver informed project solutions based on market expertise and client goals.
  • Collaborate to resolve technical and design issues, producing innovative, technical, and constructible solutions in coordination with senior project architects.
  • Participate in the production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks.
  • Support senior project architects in interfacing with building and permitting officials during permitting and construction phases.
  • Contribute to the process of submittals, substitution requests, and addressing RFIs during construction.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of the financial performance of projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of building systems and materials.

Requirements

  • Degree from an NAAB-accredited program or equivalent (preferred).
  • Active pursuit toward licensure.
  • Generally 3–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam, with technical excellence.
  • Understanding of how a drawing set is assembled.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Acumen for how buildings are constructed and the ability to apply that knowledge.
  • Consistent and timely coordination of project deliverables.
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation.
  • Understanding of building and accessibility codes.
  • Effective organization and communication skills.
  • Architecture experience with projects in the USA (required).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or current Employment Authorization Document holder with no visa sponsorship required now or in the future.
