Senior Architectural PM - hybrid remote in LA!

About the role

We are an award-winning architecture/design practice looking for a Senior Architectural PM with 12+ years of experience and professional licensure to lead complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects
• Align design vision, technical execution, and project performance from planning through construction
• Manage teams and deliver higher education and civic projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals, institutional priorities, and community impact

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture
• Architecture license is preferred
• Familiarity with Revit
• Experience with multifamily, higher-ed, hospitality, or civic projects
• Strong knowledge of California Building Code, accessibility requirements, and local permitting processes
• Technical background in building systems, construction methods, and multidisciplinary coordination

• Project delivery methods, including design-build, CM at risk, and traditional delivery
