Senior Architectural Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer who is passionate about shaping bold, thoughtful residential work and driving design excellence across our studio. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing architectural concepts through all phases of design. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling and rendering skills, especially in Revit, and a strong architectural foundation and a thoughtful design approach.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• At least 5 years of experience in high-end architectural design
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3-D Modeling, and Rendering skills
• Demonstrated experience across Concept Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation phases
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The pay range for this role is: $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year (New York)
