Senior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from conceptualization through final documentation
• Create detailed drawings, renderings and 3D models using CAD and BIM software
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure design feasibility
• Review and approve construction documents for compliance with codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits and provide input during construction phases
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budget and design intent

Requirements

• Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD and/or SketchUp Pro
• A strong combination of education and professional experience in architectural design
• An appreciation and understanding of architectural and design history
• A reliable car and valid driver's license
