About the role
The Healthcare team at Lionakis works on various projects from medical & health facilities to specialty clinics. We are seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years architectural project experience, a licensed architect in California, proficiency in BIM/Revit software, and experience with Healthcare projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to project teams throughout all project phases
- Lead project and resource planning, establish project timelines and budgets
- Develop solutions for complex design issues
- Oversee project delivery, technical aspects, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and staff
- Identify and resolve issues impacting project delivery, budget, construction costs, schedule, and Firm-related risk management issues
- Collaborate effectively with the project team to address and find solutions for project-related issues
- Manage potential changes to the scope of work requested by clients and consultants
- Avoid reviewing and evaluating documents for accuracy, coordinating with the project team, performing comprehensive quality control reviews as necessary
- Aid in developing project proposals with the help of the PIC and/or Studio Leader
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Licensed Architect in the U.S. (California preferred)
- Proficient with BIM/Revit software programs, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam
- Experience with projects ranging in size and complexity in the Healthcare market
Qualifications
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive approach
- Proven ability to work on various projects simultaneously, delegate tasks, and support staff's professional development
Skills
- LEED accreditation (a plus)
- Prior experience with Sketch-Up, Rhino, or other 3D programs

Pay
$117,700 - $154,400 annually. Compensation and level DOE.
