Senior Architect, Global Education Framework (Remote)
About the role
The Senior Architect leads the modernization of Medidata’s Global Education ecosystem, focusing on technology stack modernization, AI and knowledge management execution, and designing a seamless, AI-enabled learner experience.
Responsibilities
- Technology Stack Modernization: Leads the transition from legacy infrastructure to a unified future-state Global Education technology (LMS, KM, Community, and Certification).
- AI & Knowledge Management Execution: Assumes lead for adopting agentic solutioning for global education knowledge, aligning with best practice models.
- Unified Learner Experience: Designs and implements a universal learner experience across all customer-facing access portals, optimizing and simplifying the user journey.
- Strategic Analytics: Implements real-time KPI frameworks and dashboards (like Tableau) linking AI adoption and learner engagement to financial impact and operational efficiency.
- Stack Governance: Oversees the technology lifecycle, ensuring risk abatement, high availability, license allocation, and vendor management.
Qualifications
- EdTech Mastery: Proven track record of architecting complex learning ecosystems (LMS + KM + Community).
- AI Practitioner: Hands-on experience deploying Agentic AI in a corporate environment to solve support or content challenges.
- Data-Driven: Ability to quantify the ROI of tech investments through advanced data visualization and productivity modeling.
- Strategic Execution: Experience managing high-stakes timelines for architectural assessments and phased global rollouts.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field with minimum 10 years experience.
