Job Requirements

• A professional degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of architecture experience working on all phases of a single project
• Licensed in New York and ideally Florida
• Experience with Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction documentation
• Construction Administration experience, including field observation

Job Responsibilities

• Defending BIG’s design intent throughout all phases
• Managing client relationships and leading communication across clients, consultant teams, project teams, vendors, and permitting officials
• Overseeing production of contract documents
• Managing and mentoring team members
• Providing technical guidance and innovative solutions to complex design and technical challenges

Pay

$115,000 - $140,000 (The salary offered will be based on the length and relevance of the candidate's work history and the skills developed through their professional experiences.)
