Responsibilities
- Play a key leadership role in advancing significant projects through construction administration in New York City.
- Uphold the design intent, technical excellence, A/E team leadership, and exceptional client service.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the successful realization of high-profile projects.
- Oversee project execution, maintain design intent, and resolve complex technical and construction challenges.
- Coordinate clients, contractors, construction managers, and consultant teams.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience; architectural licensure preferred.
- Extensive Construction Administration experience on large, complex new construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage large multidisciplinary project teams through project delivery.
- Significant experience working with major cultural, institutional, and educational clients.
- Strong portfolio of projects in New York City, with knowledge of local codes, permitting, and construction practices.
- Demonstrated success coordinating clients, contractors, construction managers, and consultant teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of Construction Documents, specifications, and project delivery processes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Revit experience is preferred.
- Experience with BIM coordination software, such as Revitzo.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000, with variations depending on experience, education, achievements, and business needs. Employees may also receive an annual performance-based bonus and salary increase.
