Senior Architect – Civic & Historic Design

About the role

Lead design, technical direction, and documentation for complex architectural projects
Mentor and guide interdisciplinary teams
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal staff to align design vision and execution
Oversee quality and consistency from concept through construction
Represent the firm in presentations and stakeholder meetings
Contribute to firmwide design and technical initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Licensure preferred
• Strong Revit proficiency; familiarity with additional design and BIM tools a plus
• Experience across multiple project types, with civic and/or historic project experience preferred
• Clear communicator with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage complex work
