About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing complex civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead design teams to develop innovative solutions for infrastructure projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices
