This role also includes providing technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to junior architects and designers. Experience with A/E or EPCM consulting firms supporting projects in cleanrooms, laboratories, semiconductor fabs, data centers, solar manufacturing, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical facilities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and applicable industry standards, coordinating requirements across project documentation.
  • Manage and prioritize architectural scope across multiple concurrent projects, while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate closely with project engineers, internal design teams, and external stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Lead the coordination of architectural systems with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process engineering teams.
  • Provide technical direction, quality review, and mentorship to Architect/Designers I and II and other developing staff.
  • Support project leadership in resolving design and technical issues during planning, design, and construction phases.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Licensed Architect required.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in architecture, with demonstrated experience in a similar senior-level role.
  • Proven experience with A/E or EPCM firms, preferably supporting industrial, semiconductor, cleanroom, laboratory, or other advanced manufacturing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction documentation, code compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts, mentor junior staff, and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to take ownership of assignments and work effectively both independently and in a team environment, while supporting multiple projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of international building codes; experience with industrial facilities projects strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
  • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation.
