About the team
Mentorship and Career Growth We invest in your growth as a scientist. You'll collaborate closely with a community of applied scientists and research engineers tackling problems across search, recommendations, and generative AI. We support conference attendance and publication at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, SIGIR), provide mentorship from senior scientists, and encourage the open exchange of ideas through internal science reading groups and seminars. Whether you want to deepen your technical expertise or grow into science leadership, we'll help you build a career defined by scientific impact.
Work/Life Balance We value work-life harmony. Achieving success at work should never come at the expense of sacrifices at home, which is why we strive for flexibility as part of our working culture. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve in the cloud.
Inclusive Team Culture Here at AWS, it’s in our nature to learn and be curious. Our employee-led affinity groups foster a culture of inclusion that empowers us to be proud of our differences.
