Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Research teams to evaluate, adapt, and operationalize AI innovations into functional prototypes.
  • Design and execute experiments to measure model performance and user engagement.
  • Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for foundation models, generative AI, multimodal systems, and agent workflows.
  • Fine-tune, validate, and improve ML models using real-world datasets.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements, develop software, and debug/test systems.
  • Stay current with ML, AI, and evaluation advancements; present findings to influence strategy.

Required Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5-7 years professional experience in ML, applied AI, software engineering, or data science.
  • Strong foundation in ML, software engineering, statistics, and experimental design.
  • Experience building AI-powered applications and data-intensive software.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating, debugging, and validating ML models.
  • Strong programming in Python and modern AI frameworks.
  • Experience with foundation models, generative AI, multimodal models, RAG, agentic systems, etc.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in ambiguous, research environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely, preferably in EST timezone.
  • Commitment to minimum 12-month engagement.
