Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Research teams to evaluate, adapt, and operationalize AI innovations into functional prototypes.
- Design and execute experiments to measure model performance and user engagement.
- Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for foundation models, generative AI, multimodal systems, and agent workflows.
- Fine-tune, validate, and improve ML models using real-world datasets.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for stakeholders.
- Gather requirements, develop software, and debug/test systems.
- Stay current with ML, AI, and evaluation advancements; present findings to influence strategy.
Required Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5-7 years professional experience in ML, applied AI, software engineering, or data science.
- Strong foundation in ML, software engineering, statistics, and experimental design.
- Experience building AI-powered applications and data-intensive software.
- Hands-on experience evaluating, debugging, and validating ML models.
- Strong programming in Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Experience with foundation models, generative AI, multimodal models, RAG, agentic systems, etc.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in ambiguous, research environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely, preferably in EST timezone.
- Commitment to minimum 12-month engagement.
