Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions.
- Apply expertise across areas such as:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Generative AI
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Computer Vision
- Predictive Analytics
- Recommendation Systems
- Translate cutting-edge research and experimental AI concepts into scalable, enterprise-grade products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive business impact.
- Establish technical best practices and influence AI strategy across the organization.
- Build, optimize, and deploy AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Help define the future direction of AI initiatives while mentoring and guiding technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience using languages such as:
- Python
- C#
- Java
- JavaScript
- C/C++
- 2+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Similar ML frameworks
- Hands-on experience implementing generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based AI frameworks in production environments.
- Proven success delivering large-scale AI/ML applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of:
- Machine Learning algorithms
- Deep Learning architectures
- Data structures
- Optimization techniques
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or similar technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with:
- Transformer architectures
- Edge AI
- Federated Learning
- Real-time inference systems
- Open-source contributions, patents, published research, or other thought leadership within the AI community.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $170,000.00 - $233,000.00/yr.
Schedule
Employees located near hub offices in Irvine, CA; Scottsdale, AZ; Chandler, AZ; Southfield, MI; or Plano, TX are expected to work onsite four days per week. This is a hybrid position in Irvine, CA.
