About the role

We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily operations of business applications, including ERP, HRMS, Workflow, and other corporate applications.
• Ensure business applications are stable, available, and able to support daily operations across the manufacturing site.
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for local systems and at least one of the specified application areas.
• Provide day-to-day support for ERP users and business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain where applicable.
• Support HRMS operations, including employee information, attendance, leave.
• Support workflow system and related employee‑facing applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support.
• Familiar with AP systems, including ERP, HR, workflow, and related enterprise systems.
• Experience in system maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Familiar with C#, Oracle DB, MS SQL.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading integration projects.
• Experience in independent system development, maintenance, and optimization.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT system maintenance.
• Good communication skills in Spanish.
