Senior Application Analyst

About the role

This position uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for assigned systems, applications, or suites of applications. These tasks include planning, system analysis, design, application building, testing, maintenance, support, and the completion of assigned project work. May lead projects or initiatives of various sizes and scope.

The consultant will manage intake Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for on-call coverage, triaging incoming incidents, gathering necessary information, resolving issues independently when possible, and collaborating with current Ambulatory analysts on questions or incidents requiring additional expertise. There are no after-hours, evening, or weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the on-call process and routes or escalates tickets appropriately.
• Coordinates across teams for support, maintenance, and project-related activities.
• Utilizes Froedtert Health’s incident and change management processes within service level agreements.
• Prepares and reviews required system documentation to aid in troubleshooting, disaster recovery practices, core initiatives, and cross-training.
• Develops, maintains, and nurtures relationships with key customers.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in areas of responsibility.
• Utilizes project management methodologies and tools as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification.
• Epic Ambulatory Certification or strong Epic Ambulatory experience.
• Experience with specialty modules, Ambient Experience, and Generative AI Epic.
• Epic Research (Clinical Research) certification and experience.
• Consent build experience.

Schedule

Days and on-call shifts. On-call coverage is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no after-hours, evening, or weekend requirements.

This role is part of the Direct Temp contract talent pool at Froedtert Health, working through RightSourcing, a premier contingent management partner. The contract duration is 18 weeks with potential to extend or convert to permanent.
