Senior Android Engineer, Media Foundation

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $167,000 – $267,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Build innovative media products and features that enhance user experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to align on strategies
• Engage in all phases of the development cycle including design, coding, testing, and launching
• Contribute to improving developer workflows and mentor peers to advance their technical skills
• Commit to continuous learning and enhancing both technical and soft skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Android development with expertise in Kotlin
• In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Clean architecture principles
• Ability to create responsive, data-intensive applications that perform well on smartphones
• Strong organizational skills with effective project management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a remote work setting
• A passion for innovation and a resilient attitude toward challenges and failures
